You can also make use of the polythene the panels come in, if you tie a knot in one end you can then use them to separate any other packaging materials from the cardboard.

If you have children (like myself) they love making cardboard tunnels and houses from the boxes, it keeps them amused for hours (always a good thing!) Make sure they draw a window shutter in the windows… and take their pocket money towards the cost of any on their room windows!
I have also found some schools/nurseries love strong cardboard to use in their day-to-day play. (Waste not, want not!).
