We aim to keep lead times and fitting dates convenient and as early as we are able.  We can be flexible in booking in times to suit your needs. If you have any particular requirements or timescales you are working to, please let us know so we can help.

Survey Lead Times

Cost: Free of charge

Once you have entered your window sizes and checked your budget, you can request your survey online or call 0844 858 4025.

Your survey will be arranged ASAP at a time that is convenient to you.

Fitting Lead Times

Cost: Calculated based on your location, order size and window style.

Fittings dates can be arranged during your survey and will depend on the style of fitted shutters you order, as shapes will take a little longer.

Please allow 7-8 weeks from order to your professional fitting. During busy periods longer lead times could apply.

 

Fast Track Service

Cost: £100 per square metre inc vat.

A fitting date can be arranged at your survey.

The fast track option can reduce your lead time to under 3 weeks from order.
