Insulating shutters

Hi Sam

I have literally just finished putting up the last of the window shutters that we have ordered from you over the past few years - the whole house now has Opennshut shutters on every window and they look great.

I've also found that they are thermally quite good as they are relatively close to the window, they seem to help reduce drafts and they're not bad at keeping the light out either.

Neighbours across the road are very interested - they're not going to get organised in time to benefit from your sale, but I've given them all your details - as everybody says how good they look, I would hope one or two people will order from you.

I hope 2009 is prosperous for you despite all the gloom.  Thanks for all your help in the past and for a great product!

Cheers,

Nick

Details of the Job:

As Nick mentioned above, I have being supplying window shutters to him over the last few years as the house has been decorated, including French doors and bedrooms.

Nicks chosen shutter design has been the Standard shutter made from MDF, my most popular DIY product. Generally in a full height design finished in Silk White with white hinges and medium 64mm louvre blades.

It’s nice for a customer to confirm they are good for keeping the heat in, as its a common question asked. Wood is an insulating material which naturally provides extra insulation from drafts and heat loss.

As you can see from the above testimonial, Nick has been very pleased with the service and window shutters I have provided him and has made several recommendations - thanks Nick.
