Just a quick e-mail to say thank you very much for the way you handled my order and for the smooth and, what appeared to me, effortless way that you managed the installation of the shutters. I am thrilled will them and the way they enhance the look of my property. Just to quote one of the many comments I have had from neighbours and passers-by, she said "now that is what I call class".
