We can supply wooden shutters made from White Teak, Basswood or Cedar. A wood shutter can add warmth to your room or they can be sprayed and matched to the colour of your paintwork. There is plenty of advice and tips on the website that will help you choose the right shutter. You might be unsure of the best material to choose or maybe you are thinking about MDF rather than wooden shutters.
Whatever your question opennshut can help you. Take a look through our website, ask some questions in the ‘Ask Sam’ section or call us for a chat. If you want to see how easy it is to fit wooden shutters, check out our previous blog post showing an animated video here.
Wooden shutters are strong, but lighter than MDF, they can be sprayed, stained or shaped to fit your window. You can choose between 3 main louvre blade sizes and lots of different frame designs. The different frames allow you to install shutters onto different window styles and the different louvre sizes affect the light and look of the shutter.
Remember you can send in photos of your windows and we can offer some advice on which wooden shutter will suit your window best.
