If you have a shaped window and your thinking of fitting shutters to it, then this video might help you. It shows some shutters fitted in a curved window and you can see how the curved panel is opened and how the shaped louvre blades are operated using a curved control rod.
Shaped shutters can be fitted to a triangle or curved windows, you can see lots of different shapes in the online gallery. For advice and help on what is possible just email some photos of your window to me, make sure any existing curtains or blinds are pulled out of the way so I can see all of the window detail and frame.
Generally, shutters are matched to each window section and the shape of the window can limit how they are opened. Remember that shutters are normally left closed and it is only the louvre blades that are opened or shut to adjust the light, so how the shutters open is not normally an issue. You can find more help and advice on how shutters fold on my website, in the main shutter section and you can check out the main shaped shutters video on my youtube channel.
